Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. was founded in 1986, and serves the needs of those with mental disabilities and handicaps in Northwestern Pennsylvania. The organization currently has over 500 employees serving clients in Erie, Corry, Warren and surrounding areas.
As the organization begins to take on new challenges, including funding cuts from many of its sources, Attorney Williams is looking forward to serving with the other members of the Board of Directors.
