On June 8, 2012, the Erie County Bar Association presented a seminar on Driver's License Suspensions in Pennsylvania. The seminar was presented by Chester Karas, Esq., who serves as Senior Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). Attorney Karas explained the five types of suspensions that PennDOT can impose, as well as recent case law in this ever-developing field.
