The 2012 PBA Mock Trial District Competition begain in early February of this year, following months of preparation by the schools involved. After the first two rounds of competition, 4 teams remained undefeated. On Wednesday, February 8, 2012 the semi-final and final rounds of the competition were held at the Erie County Courthouse. For the second year in a row, Fort Leboeuf came away with the championship, led by their coach Sean Humphreys and attorney advisor, Adam Williams.
The team will advance to the Regional competition, which will be held at the Federal Courthouse in Erie at the beginnnig of March. The winners of the regional competition advance to the State and potentially National competition. For more information about the competition, check out the PBA website.
