Jamie Learn-Deuterman

Accounting Assistant

Jamie joined the team in January 2020 as an accounting assistant to the firm administrator. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Penn State University – The Behrend College and an associate degree in math and science from Jamestown Community College.

Jamie's primary roles with the firm are client billing, IOLTA management for our firm and our real estate clients, business reports and daily account management.

Originally from Warren, PA, Jamie is proud to call Erie home. She is a devoted mother of two kids and has strong family values. She is also very community minded and a big animal lover, in as such, she is a staunch supporter of SafeNet and the ANNA Shelter. Jamie also enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Jamie's favorite food is anything peanut butter, while reading her favorite mystery of the month. Her favorite place to travel now is Lexington, KY, and lunch/dinner with one of her kids at their favorite restaurant Carson's. In Erie, you are likely to find her shopping at Colony plaza and grabbing a quick bite at The Cork 1794 with friends.

Her list of likes includes having both of her kids home together, the smell of a summer rain, hanging with friends, and naps. Her biggest dislike is being around people with negative energy and dishonesty.

In addition, to her enthusiasm and ambition, Jamie is very intuitive, empathetic and has a great sense of humor.

Her favorite words to live by are: "Everything is happening as it should be. No more and no less."
