Kristen Santiago

As Director of Marketing, it is Kristen's job to capture the voice of the firm in a way that resonates with current and potential clients. She is tasked with developing the strategic marketing plan, understanding and capitalizing on new opportunities, ensuring a minimum ROI, and tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns. 

Prior to this position, Kristen spent several years as the owner of two businesses: Gone Local Erie, a corporate gift box company and online retailer of local goods, and Ivy + Atlas, a business consultancy through which she first performed freelance marketing work for the Rust Belt team in 2019 and 2020. She's also spent time as a ceramic artist, on the boards of Erie ClaySpace and the Erie Art Museum, and as a program facilitator & business mentor for more than 30 local artists and maker-entrepreneurs. 

Outside of work, Kristen spends her days with her husband David and dog Theia, traveling, reading, kayaking, cooking, (poorly) playing piano, and attending live musicals and philharmonic performances.
